A few words about

What We Do

Women’s Menstrual Health

5 Falls Women’s Welfare advances menstrual equity, health, dignity and opportunity for all.

Menstrual health management is a matter of human rights, and a critical component to achieving gender equity.  Cost-effective, safe, sustainable and contextually relevant products help women and girls manage their periods and engage in livelihood activities.

Construction workers Family & Children

The curse of illiteracy and poverty force these kids to become child laborers, which 5Falls is trying to prevent through this initiative.

The ultimate goal of this project is to provide free of cost education of high standard to these children, so that they can eventually extricate themselves from the clutches of poverty. The project will also focus on their emotional and physical development by taking care of issues such as their nutrition, hygiene and health care, so that these kids are able to grow up and make a place for themselves in the world.

We have been providing nutritious meals to these families. The hot meals are distributed daily and include a variety of nutritional foods. This means they no longer have to beg for something that is so readily available to the rest of the world.

Our innovative programs combine the power of mentoring relationships with a research-based

Breast and Ovarian Heath Interventions

We know that women who are aware of their cancer family history are inclined to engage in risk reduction, and we believe that targeted interventions have the potential to save lives and to reduce health disparities.

SEXUAL ASSAULT & DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVORS SUPPORT

The mission to provide quality, compassionate and non judgmental services in a manner that fosters self-respect and independence in persons experiencing intimate partner violence and lead the struggle to end domestic violence through advocacy and community education.

Equal Pay for all Gender

Worldwide, women only make 77% cents for every Rupee earned by men. As a result, there's a lifetime of income inequality between men and women and more women are retiring into poverty.

Closing the gender pay gap requires a set of measures that push for decent work for all people. This includes measures that promote the formalization of the informal economy, bringing informal workers under the umbrella of legal and effective protection and empowering them to better defend their interests.

It is crucial that women be involved in employer and union leadership, enabling legislation that establishes comprehensive frameworks for gender equality in the workplace.

Entrepreneurship Programs for Women

5Falls Women’s Welfare Trust supports women entrepreneurs by scaling up access to financial products and services, building capacity, expanding networks, offering mentors, and providing opportunities to link with domestic and global markets.

With a vision to promote the sustainable development of women entrepreneurs for balanced growth in the community, we are committed towards strengthening women entrepreneurship through initiatives, schemes, creation of enabling networks and communities.

Economic Empowerment

We created Self Help Groups that served as an effective way for women to uplift themselves out of poverty.

Over the years with the help of our valuable trustees we organized soft

skill development, Business trainings and self realization programs that focused small scale startups for the SHGs

The Co-Dependent ideology helped the people realize they have the ability and resources to improve their own situation.
